Their responsibilities include:

• Managing and monitoring academic processes;
• Promoting the academic integration of first-year, international and mobility program students;
• Providing pedagogical and academic support to all students;
• Management and planning of timetables, classes and shifts for courses on campus;
• Management of processes related to research grants, from application to award.
